| Pedestrian Safety in Parking Facilities |

The need for traffic control and damage prevention solutions in parking facilities is evident (as we have demonstrated in several of our past newsletters). Speed bumps and car stops are typically made from concrete or asphalt. Although durable, the gray color is not highly visible. From a pedestrian safety standpoint, these devices can pose serious tripping hazards and can contribute to even greater dangers in parking facilities. |

Highway tape with glass bead reflectors is molded into all products to improve visibility, especially at night. The yellow tape is applied in a unique pattern (differs depending on the product) to enhance the contrast against the black rubber - greatly noticeable from afar.
Unlike paint that can deteriorate within months, the pavement marking tape will not fade, peel, or chip and requires little or no maintenance. A simple pressure washing will clean the tape and restore its reflective appearance. |

Available in 3', 4', and 6' lengths, the rubber car stop has been modified over the years to improve pedestrian safety and avoid tripping accidents. In-molded pavement marking tape was added to the ends of the car stop making it visible to pedestrians 360°. Reflective tape is available in yellow or white.

The rubber speed bump includes in-molded cat's eye reflectors to enhance visibility to oncoming drivers, especially at night. Available in 4' or 6' sections, they can be linked together to cover the width of any roadway.
The rubber speed bump is often used near pedestrian crossings in parking facilities to stop vehicles. Our highly visible speed bump is an effective solution for both drivers and pedestrians.

The in-molded reflective highway tape has been applied in a checker pattern to maximize the speed hump's visibility. The tape is recessed into the product to increase the tape durability and avoid wear-and-tear. The recessed sections and raised molded rubber pattern also provides a high traction area for vehicles and pedestrians to avoid slipping.
The mini speed hump is also used near pedestrian crossings in parking facilities. Unlike the Easy Rider, the Safety Rider is less abrupt and allows for a continuous traffic flow.
